Hi I’m May!

I’m a 22-year old girl who dreams of making other people see what’s inside my heart through my pictures and making it as an instrument to let them dwell into the beauty I saw when I captured and froze moments.

I also dream of sharing the DIYs I was able to come up with every time I’m out of budget or just want to practice my creativity. It always fascinated me how can simple things with their own functionalities can create a whole new masterpiece when used innovatively.  

I always stumble upon bloggers with great style and fashion sense. I fancied how they cleverly put all things up – prints, plains, florals, etc., and wore it effortlessly. They looked like dolls ready to take on the ramp to every girl’s fashion inspiration. But then after hours of browsing their blog posts and dreaming of my next wardrobe raid, I always went back to reality that I couldn’t in any way afford to dress like them no matter what kind of invasion I do with my closet. So, it has always been my dream to follow a style that fits me and my wallet – a style I can call my own without having to spend a lot. 

Lastly, I just realized this dream a few weeks ago when I experienced tough times. I’m at my most vulnerable state back then and I’m thinking of all the ways to cope up. I guess it’s true that people get inspired when something huge happened in their lives and they’re able to surpass it, at least for me. It served as my eye opener to start moving and give life to this blog. The lessons, and the realizations – I want to share with you.

In case you’re curious about my blog name, it has something to do when I’m still in grade school. A classmate used to tease me as “tomato” because of my ponytail. It’s red and round, looks like a tomato really! It’s funny how I even cried because of that and now making it part of my online diary.
